Dead birds are falling from the trees
I know I am being naïve
About the polluted seas
I shouldn’t worry about
Persistent nuclear fallout
My fears are merely sophistry
I’ve learnt nothing from history
I’m an ignorant untutored one
Just a deluded simpleton
